This Flattop is AWESOME!  It should be ranked top five of all time.  Jake Busey could have been one of America's greatest actors, but unfortunately he changed his haircut.  The picture above, clearly taken between 1989 and 1995, was likely the pinacle of Jake's career.  The highlight of Jake's life was that flattop.  Perfection of which Howie Long would be truely jealous.
